What is The Global Supply Chain Marketing Summit?

What sessions will be available at this year’s Summit?

  • Masterclasses & Interactive Learning Labs: Keynote Presenters will present their insights on Branding, Lead Generation, Content Development, and SEO, as well as, lead an interactive learning lab on the key pillars they are presenting on. These interactive labs will be highly interactive and enable participants to work through, examine and discuss shared experiences, trends and/or challenges.

  • Panel Discussions:

    • Chief Marketing Officers (CMO) Panel | CMO perspectives will contribute to a dynamic conversation on both perspectives on marketing and how to build trust with your market.

    • Supply Chain Executives Panel | The viewpoints of C-Level will contribute to a dynamic conversation on how marketers can build trust in their product.

    • Buyer’s Journey Panel | Comprehend the Buyer’s Journey and the pathway a company’s product purchasing team takes in making purchase decisions. They will discuss how marketers can craft extraordinary encounters, establish an alliance, and build trust with a purchasing team.

Will there be opportunities for In-Person Networking?

Absolutely!  The Summit will bring together marketing professionals from all over the world. REGISTRATION:

 

What is included in registration?

The in-person Summit all-inclusive cost ($3500 per person) provides access to all sessions, meals, and a 2-night stay in a Coastal View Room June 5th & 6th, 2024.

What is the deadline to register for the Summit?

Space is limited for this very unique event!  Only the first 100 registered attendees will be able to attend.  Register soon so you don’t miss this opportunity!

What payment types are accepted?

Check, Credit Card, and ACH (Bank Wire).  The registration form will ask you to select your payment method, and then the confirmation email will provide further details to collect the payment.

What if I have colleagues interested in attending the Summit?

We’d love to have them!  Please register each person individually.

Will I receive a confirmation of my registration?

Yes, a confirmation email will be sent from [email protected].

What if I can’t locate my registration confirmation email?

What time will the onsite registration desk open for checking in?

On June 5, 2024, the desk will be open beginning at 1pm ET. 

 

HOTEL, TRANSPORTATION, TRAVEL & WEATHER:

 

What if I want to arrive earlier and/or stay longer for leisure purposes?

Yes, you can arrive or stay through the weekend and be allowed up to two (2) days pre/post the contracted event dates, based on availability.  The self-pay, discounted rate of $429 per room per night, plus a $30.00 per night/per room resort fee would apply.

How should I dress for the meeting?

The average maximum daytime temperature in Amelia Island in June lies at 90.14°F ( 32.3°C ). The average minimum temperature is 70.7°F ( 21.5°C ) (usually the minimum temperature is noted at night). The attire for the conference is business casual. Meeting room temperatures sometimes fluctuate, so attendees may wish to bring a sweater or jacket.

If I’m local, is there parking at the venue?

Yes, Valet Parking is available, but not included in the registration.  Valet is available at $30.00 per vehicle, per night (plus sales tax, self-parking not available).

What is the closest airport?

The closest airport (Jacksonville) is about 40 minutes away from the property.

Will transportation be provided during the conference?

A selection of taxi services are available on the island. A list will be provided to attendees to make their own arrangements.

Are there any registration restrictions?

Registration for The Global Supply Chain Marketing Summit is limited to marketing professionals. All registrations are subject to approval by SupplyChainBrain. SCB has sole discretion and reserves the right to deny or cancel any registration for any reason.

What is the registration cancellation policy?

Substitutions/ Transfers Between Registrants

Registrants wishing to transfer their registration to another individual must submit a written request/email to [email protected]. No substitutions will be made on or after May 15, 2023.

Cancellation by Registrant

All requests for registration refunds due to cancellation must be received in writing. Cancellations must be emailed directly to the Program Manager, Doris Santos at [email protected]. An administrative fee of $100 will be deducted from all refunds of cancellation requests received prior to March 1, 2024. Registrants who do not cancel prior to March 1, 2024, and do not attend the conference, will be responsible for the full registration fee. Unclaimed registration fees cannot be transferred to a future Global Supply Chain Marketing Summit.

Types of Payment

Credit card (MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover), check/money order (U.S. funds only) made payable to SupplyChainBrain, ACH, and wire transfer for an additional $25 fee.

Payment Declined

If a credit card payment is declined or a check is returned, the registrant will be notified, and an alternative method of payment requested. A $35 USD processing fee will be applied for rebilling of a credit card and/or returned checks.

Force Majeure

In the event of a full or partial cancellation of the Global Supply Chain Marketing Summit due to a natural disaster or other force beyond the control of SupplyChainBrain (SCB), SCB will refund registrations in proportion with the cancellation insurance proceeds it receives.

Confidentiality, Event Photo, & Video Disclaimer

Attendees should be aware that SupplyChainBrain (SCB) may take photographs and video during the Summit. These images are used exclusively for SCB’s purposes in publications and other media. Please visit the Registration Desk if you have any questions.

Attendee information is regarded as confidential and therefore will not be divulged to any third party.

All registration information, including email addresses, is subject to the respective privacy policy of the applicable organizers and sponsors. Upon registering for any events, you are agreeing to receive emails from SupplyChainBrain and Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals. Any data collected will not be shared with third parties other than stated above. Any individually identifiable information related to this date will never be used in any way different to that stated above without your explicit permission.
