Kevin O’Meara serves as the Executive Vice President for Business Transformation reporting to the CEO for Shaw Industries, a wholly owned subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway Shaw Industries Group, Inc. In this role, Kevin has been tasked with looking at our end-to-end business and developing plans to grow the business and help develop an on-going business strategy. Prior to this assignment, Kevin led Shaw’s Integrated Supply Chain, responsible for the end-to-end supply chain strategy and operations.

Supply Chain Technology Director for Customer Service and Logistics

Pam Holder serves as the Supply Chain Technology Director for Customer Service and Logistics at Shaw Industries.  In this role, Pam is responsible for defining and driving the technology strategy and project execution for these organizations.  This includes oversight of the technology roadmaps, prioritization of ideas, business requirements gathering, software design and development or software procurement, and implementation of technology related solutions.  She is highly engaged in fulfilling Shaw’s Customer Experience through her leadership of the eCommerce channels (website, mobile app, EDI, fcB2B).

Meet Lance Starks, a global supply chain professional with a passion for strategic leadership. Lance’s dedication and influence played a pivotal role in Shaw’s transformation into a successful hard surface import business model. Today, as the vice president of global supply chain, he spearheads Shaw’s integrated supply chain efforts, focusing on building strong relationships. Lance’s extensive expertise spans various domains, including strategic sourcing, procurement excellence, audit, accounting, supply chain finance, software implementation, organizational design, performance management, large-scale business transformation, change management, global trade management, and the art of business storytelling. With his dedication to developing long-term competitive capabilities.

Brendan Stinson

Manager, Transportation Services

With 20 years of supply chain experience, Brendan’s primary focus has been in the Transportation sector where he has held various leadership positions for Shaw’s Logistics Division. Along with managing Shaw’s private OTR and Local Transportation fleets, Brendan led their Southeast Regional Operation which provides direct to customer LTL service. Currently, he is managing the Transportation Services team where he is responsible for procuring all outsourced freight throughout North America. He attended Auburn University earning a B.S. Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Logistics.
